In every operation, it is necessary to identify the possible risks that exist in your processes to mitigate both their causes and consequences. IPE works together with its clients to detect these risks.
What is a risk analysis?
A process risk analysis is a quantitative and qualitative methodology to achieve the detection, from the design stage to the operation of the facilities, of operational risks, their causes and possible consequences, to propose actions that allow to reduce any probability that this risk occurs and the impact of its consequences. It is advisable to carry out these analyzes periodically to know the operating conditions in an up-to-date way and if they can allow the possibility of other risks.
These methodologies are worked on in a coordinated way between operators, maintenance technicians and project engineers, some are: HAZOP, SIL, WHAT IF, HAZID.
